We are living in strange times and much as our feline friends might appreciate more company during lockdown, for us hoomans things are a bit unsettling right now. Not surprisingly, with more time to spend with your cats, you may find yourself impatient to receive the gifts you have ordered for them.

Shipping, in general, slower than usual. On one hand, we have an increased demand for many items, including cat toys and beds while on the other, measures have been taken at the factory side to protect employees and ensure their health and safety. Lastly, we have no control over the postal services at your location. In many countries, there is a backlog of deliveries now because priority has been given to critical mail. While this all means that your order may take longer to arrive, we are living in exceptional times right now and must expect that there will be an effect across all supply chains.
